BRYAN ALLANIGUE

Personal Trainer

For the past 10+ years I have been in the fitness industry, and have progressed as a trainer from all of the client’s I’ve worked with. When I first started, I only focused on helping people build muscle and burn fat. Over time I have seen the importance of taking care of yourself physically, and how the benefits carry over to many aspects of my client’s lives. Focusing on your health should be your number one priority, and the looking good part is a beneficial side effect.

I believe health comes from living a balanced lifestyle that is sustainable. I am a father, and want my kids to grow up to live a healthy lifestyle and not struggle with the health and self-image issues so many of us adults who partake in fitness experience. I think to achieve health, we need to look at exercise as a fun way to move our body and not a form of punishment.

I am passionate about helping people of all ages, and helping them to sustain their fitness and lifestyle. From settling an example for kids- helping them to build healthy habits- to preventing chronic diseases at an older age, all can be helped with working out. When people think of working out, they think of loosing weight, burning fat, and cardio … but what about brain health, strengthening your bones, and prevention of chronic health conditions?!

There are so many more benefits to strength training, many of which surpass aesthetics. Goals in training do not have to revolve around aesthetics, and it is not a one size fits all approach. Helping my clients to progress and build a healthy relationship with exercise is important to me at a training, and I’m happy to meet them at whatever their current status may be and work towards better!
