PHYSIOTHERAPY
What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy aims to resolve pain and injuries through a myriad of techniques such as Manual therapy, Soft tissue work, and Exercise Prescription.
Your physio will perform an initial assessment consisting of ROM, Strength Testing, Special Tests, Functional Movement Screens and Gait/Posture Assessments to devise a plan to help improve your pain and issues and prevent recurrences of the conditions.
Physiotherapy looks to optimize your well being by maximizing mobility, strength and quality of life.
