DR. JESSICA TOTH

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Jessica Toth received her Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences specializing in exercise science and health promotion from Sheridan College. She then completed her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. She has additional clinical training in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture (McMaster University), concussion management (CCMI), RockTape, and Smart Tools (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization).

Dr. Jess works with a variety of conditions, including athletic injuries to chronic pain, with a special interest in treating concussions and chronic pain. She utilizes an evidence-based approach to assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans that focuses on the individuals needs and goals. Her objective is to restore dysfunction and to help with prevention of future injury using a diversified treatment approach. Dr. Jess incorporates spinal manipulation and mobilization, acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, patient education and exercise prescription in her treatment plans. She thoroughly believes in a collaborative and multidisciplinary effort to help each patient achieve a healthy and active lifestyle.

Dr. Jess always has always had a passion for sports. She has been active throughout her life, participating in competitive basketball and rugby among various recreational sports. In her spare time, you can find her playing pickleball, riding her motorcycle or attending local sporting events.
